Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) to join our aviation team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and teaching, along with the ability to instruct students effectively.

Duties:

- Provide flight instruction to students in both classroom and aircraft settings, including spin training
- Follow and implement approved flight training curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Communicate effectively with students to ensure understanding of aviation concepts
- Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures - Instrument and Visual Flight Rules
- Utilize data analysis skills to track student performance and adjust instruction as needed

Experience:

Must hold a Certified Flight Instructor Certificate that complies with 14 CFR Part 61.195 (h)(1) 24-month CFI
Previous experience as a Flight Instructor preferred
Strong organizational skills to maintain student records and lesson plans
Ability to communicate effectively with students of diverse backgrounds
Ability to communicate progress with management and clients
Proficiency with Flight Circle

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
