Job Title: Services Services Co-Ordinator

NautIQ Solutions is a part of Rolls-Royce Power Systems that focuses on delivering electrical, automation and autonomy products to our Naval and Commercial Marine customers.The business is organised as two Product Centres in Bristol and Heybridge with shared support resources provided from our teams in East Grinstead; we operate an integrated programme delivery team across the Bristol and Heybridge sites.
As a Services Co-Ordinator, you will Provide excellent support for sales & services to a portfolio of customers and internal staff. The role is customer-facing and requires you to be reactive to issues that you are aware of before it becomes a problem for the customer.
In this role, you will Gather data and analyse performance against contract and complete customer status reports and issue to the customers at the customer's determined frequency.

What you will be doing:
- Delivering second-to-none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around, orders, products and returns
- Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
- Ordering processing and fulfilment for assigned customers
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email for supplied parts and services
- Liaise with Company Partners, Schaller, Gitiesse, etc for all service enquiries and orders
- Monitor customer and supplier, financial accounts
- Produce customer order acknowledgements
- Log orders onto the company ERP system
- Log and support Customer complaints to ISO 9001:2015
- Monitor orders placed for delivery expectations
- Liaise with other departments to determine stock availability
- Answer stock queries and expedite the dispatch of goods
- Liaise with dispatch agents, when necessary.
- Booking all aspects of travel and accommodation for Services Support staff as well as any visiting customers
- Provide hospitality to all visiting customers and representatives
- Help with Telephone and email technical support of company-supported products
- Issuing Quotations, creating Sales Orders/Work Orders
- Referral of all customer correspondence to available field Engineers

- The applicant must be proficient in MS Office and PC-based Engine Diagnostics / Programming. On-the-job training will be provided for all relevant business IT systems.

- Capable of working on own initiative
- Clean full UK Driving Licence
The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
