Job Summary
As a FAA145 Repair Station Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our FAA 145 Repair Station. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all FARs are followed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Quality Manager and FAA 145 Inspectors
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and manage employees
- Implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels
- Oversee employee orientation and ongoing training programs
- Manage payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Drive wireless sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5 years experience managing a 145 FAA Repair Station or background or as and A&P mechanic
- Knowledge of FARs
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and employee management
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with Incoming Inspection processes and maintenance release forms
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technicians, inspectors and management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
