Job Description: Retail Executive
We are a fast-growing wellness company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the field of wellness.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
