Position SummaryThis Position will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting our HR systems to address the ever-evolving needs of our organization. This role demands a strategic thinker who has a solid grasp of HR processes and technology and can spearhead innovation and efficiency within our HRIS framework.
Key Accountability - (Key deliverables in driving Group strategic focus, ie Profitability, Customer Experience, Deliver MH and People)
- The key accountabilities for a senior executive involve ensuring the optimal functionality and strategic optimization of the HRIS, driving the automation of HR processes, leading the implementation of new functionalities, and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives. Additionally, the role requires strategic planning, effective change management, and fostering collaboration across HR teams for enhanced HR operations.
Responsibilities and Roles:
- HRIS Leadership: Oversee the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the HRIS, ensuring seamless operation across core HR, recruitment, time & absence, performance management, and compensation modules.
- Strategic HR Process Automation: Drive the identification and implementation of opportunities to automate HR processes using advanced HRIS functionalities.
- System Upgrades & Implementations: Lead the testing and implementation of new HRIS functionalities and spearhead the selection process for new HR software.
- System Optimization and Management: Champion the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems to align with and support organizational objectives.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with HR leaders to develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with HR strategies and overarching business goals.
- Change Management Leadership: Execute and coordinate high-impact change management initiatives related to HRIS projects, ensuring smooth transitions and high user adoption and satisfaction.
- Support and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with HRIS team members and other HR leader, various functional stakeholders to ensure robust system and project support, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HRIS data to generate insightful reports and analytics, supporting strategic decision-making and demonstrating the impact of HR initiatives at the executive level
Qualification & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in HRIS or HR technology roles
Area of Experience - Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personality Traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated project management ability, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
