Role Overview
The mission is to join the Amadeus Lean-Agile Center of Excellence and to support the head of the organization in the way to have a more impactful communication embarking all employees and all functions into the target vision.
In the scope of this internship, the trainee will have to learn, connect and contribute to existing communication actions with communication specialists, and to propose new ideas to be experimented or developed.
Mentored directly by the head of Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, the trainee will also be connected with strategical perspective to run a global transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this internship you will:
- Support the head of Lean-Agile Center of Excellence
- Learn from an on-going worldwide change management program
- Work with the communication specialists to experiment and elaborate recommendation about how more impactful marketing and communication actions could be implemented and used to support the transformation program
- Work with lean-agile experts to support them in the organization of events and initiatives such as sharing sessions, coaching clinics, …
- Brainstorm techniques with team mates to generate more ideas and concrete actions
Your Profile
If you are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing and/or Communication and possess proficient English skills, this opportunity is for you.
