Join us as a Management Trainee and you will be exposed to a wide spectrum of the exciting Airline business with an emphasis in Marketing -- including sales planning, data management and analytics -- so it goes without saying that you should have an affinity for those types of roles. This is more than a placement, it’s a position with responsibility and the potential for you to demonstrate your first-class skills in leadership, communication, resource management and judgement. As part of your structured training and development programme you will be guided by senior management that will provide a foundation for your career progression.
We do not ask for a specific degree, but you should have a relevant bachelor’s degree although a master’s degree would be ideal. Being adaptable, a willingness to travel and the ability to thrive under pressure are key attributes. A second language would be a distinct advantage but, above all, you must share our commitment to our core values that includes customer service and the continuous pursuit of excellence.
