Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Up to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruiting with knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with ability to conduct competency based interviews in both languages
- Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, strong time management, planning, high attention to details, and organization skills
In this role you will
- Designing new processes by following the recruitment and onboarding needs
- Supporting the whole cycle of the Flight Operations related recruitment process
- Supporting the prepation job posts, screening and contacting applicants, conducting interviews
- Performing the reference checks of the final candidates and supporting the document delivery processes when necessary
