Job Title: Senior SAP Systems and Data Analyst
Pay Range: $64/HR to $73/HR

Our team is driving the hiring process for Senior SAP Systems and Data Analysts with a minimum of 4 years of SAP experience in manufacturing environments. As a Senior SAP Systems and Data Analyst with one of our industry-leading partners, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology. Ideal candidates will have direct experience with SAP configuration and integration, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. You will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including business teams, solution architects, and developers, to ensure project success in both open and closed areas.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for testing functionality during system integration testing cycles and leading root cause analysis and issue correction
Support integration testing between ERP, PLM, and MOM systems as well as between open and closed area applications
Partner with business teams to execute user acceptance testing, leading root cause analysis and issue correction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business SMEs, Architects, Developers, and vendor consultants, to resolve issues and ensure project success
Participate in the creation of production cutover plans, perform SAP configuration, red-book entries, and assist in solution validation in support of go-live
Provide production support to closed area customers, including addressing solution questions, training, and troubleshooting

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in one or more SAP areas: procurement, materials management, production control, planning and scheduling, inventory warehouse management, quality management, demand to plan, sales order, finance, or controlling
Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP external systems
Ability to lead and drive concurrent project activities in secure, closed areas
4+ years of overall SAP experience in manufacturing environments
Completion of at least one SAP end-to-end (E2E) implementation project
Proven experience with functional configuration and design in SAP
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of multiple SAP process areas and the ability to contribute across these areas
Experience providing techno-functional support and performing technical troubleshooting/debugging
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Certification or training in SAP Activate methodology
Experience with Greenfield implementation projects
Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry

Pay Details: $64.00 to $73.00 per hour
