Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily flight operations and activities for multiple Aircraft
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures
- Monitor and track progress of projects and tasks
- Collaborate with team members/clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Provide administrative support as needed
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to aviate through complex situations and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and evaluate data
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and compliance requirements
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Musts:
- Pass all airport background checks including CBP Custom's Seal application
_ Possess 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience with Widebody Operations
