We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Supervisor at the OAC System in Oakland, CA.
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee operations on their assigned shift, and plan related maintenance activities required to keep the OAC System in a good state of repair and operational readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the hiring process for maintenance personnel.
- Supervises, oversees and manages on-site staff on assigned shift.
- Provides training, direction and evaluation of staff.
- Prepares and conducts performance reviews with personnel on shift.
- Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations and maintenance on assigned shift and assists in resolving operational disturbances, troubleshooting and leads emergency operation procedures.
- Assists in the implementation, development, maintenance, oversight, evaluation and enforcement of Company policies and procedures.
- Schedules, coordinates, and assigns preventive and corrective maintenance of the OAC System with internal and external resources as required.
- Coordinates with other management and leads maintenance meetings.
- Supports various aspects of the Company safety program and evaluates, establishes, audits and enforces safety policies.
- Verifies preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and all associated required documentation are complete and accurate.
- Supports the spare tools and spare parts program.
- Supports coordination and oversight of subcontractor’s work onsite.
- Serves as System Operator as needed.
- Supports operations and performs preventive and corrective maintenance for purposes of training or when staffing levels or emergency scenarios require it.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Preferred four (4) years of supervisory experience with an emphasis in maintenance.
- Experience and working knowledge on the principles of planning and coordinating work with lower level staff.
- Experience and working knowledge of the principles on supervision, training, evaluation and motivation of assigned staff.
- Preferred four (4) years of experience with applicable mechanical or electrical work. This includes ropeway maintenance, transit system maintenance work, industrial mechanical work, industrial automation, electrical installation or maintenance work or similar.
- Certification in the Electrical Trade, Millwright Trade or Aircraft Maintenance Trade or similar a plus.
- Experience and working knowledge on the principles to identify opportunities to improve maintenance methods and procedures and identify resources and needs.
- Experience with and working knowledge of the principles and practices of mechanical / electrical engineering design.
- Experience with and working knowledge of the principles and practices of mechanical / electrical equipment and materials.
- Experience with and working knowledge of using and following O&M Manuals, including reading and understanding of engineering drawings.
- Experience with and working knowledge of methods and techniques of field measuring and testing.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
