Stores Logistics Administrator

Zenith Aviation is a Part 145 MRO based at Biggin Hill Airport. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to use their own initiative to recognise and resolve problems. Someone who has the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of the business.

Duties

Inspection and processing of aviation materials and parts
Issuing & receiving parts to/ from engineering department
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments as required including planning & finance
Freight shipping preparation and liaison
Maintain stock levels of all parts & consumables
General upkeep and cleanliness of the stores
Secondary role of ordering parts & issuing tools as cover for other staff

The successful candidate will have:

High attention to detail
Full UK driving licence• Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbal and written
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Efficiently and professionally communicate with customers and suppliers when required
Computer literate and familiar with asset management databases and Microsoft office products• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
