Onsite Staffing Solution

In addition to providing recruiting solutions to clients nationwide, Veterans Alliance provides an onsite staffing solution designed for clients with large populations of contract workforce. We provide an Onsite Manager stationed at the client’s worksite to assist in the management of the contract employees. The Onsite Manager will work in partnership with the client’s Human Resources and Operational leadership team. This program provides full life cycle support to include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and human resources management.
