Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Manager to oversee and manage our aviation operations. The Aviation Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and managing a team of aviation professionals. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize aviation operations and improve efficiency
- Oversee the planning and execution of aircraft maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Manage the supply chain for aviation parts and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective procurement
- Collaborate with plant management to ensure seamless integration of aviation operations with overall business objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on aviation-related matters, including mechanical knowledge and continuous improvement initiatives
- Effectively manage inventory levels and production planning
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
- Lead a team of aviation professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in aviation management or mechanic experience
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles within the aviation industry
- Excellent mechanical knowledge related to aircraft maintenance and repairs
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
