FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with multiple locations in the US, has an immediate need for an ITP (In-to-Plane) Operations Manager position for aircraft fueling activities at its West Palm Beach airport operation. The ITP Operations Manager position’s primary duties will include coordination of fueling activities to provide fast and efficient services for customers by directing all fueling operations functions and ensuring workers and equipment are available for fueling and defueling services.

Directs and coordinates fueling activities to provide fast and efficient services for customers by performing duties personally or through other team members.
Reviews data on incoming flights such as scheduled or estimated times of arrival or departure, destinations and down line station stops, to plan work activities.
Directs and coordinates all operations functions and ensures workers and equipment are available for fueling and defueling services.
Manages employees in the Fueling Department, including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and ensuring employees successfully complete the Company's training program.
Investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Pass a federal fingerprint background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Document prior work history.
Have proof of US work eligibility.
Manager level fueling experience on an airport ramp/military base.
Aviation fuel safety knowledge and execution is essential.
Ability to lead supervisors and fuelers to meet the highest performance delivery standards.
Ensures the Company's standards are met uniformly and consistently while maintaining a respectful environment for all employees.
Is capable of growth within the Company.
Possesses the ability to train and motivate fuelers plus represent the Company professionally to all customers and airport officials.
Meet and maintain all airport ramp certifications.
Flexibility for availability for multiple shift schedules, including holidays and extended work hours plus.

Able to fuel aircrafts and able to lift 80 pounds.
